  • Quy trình thực hiện hệ thống phần mềm PACS như sau:

Sau khi chụp XQuang, CT scanner …, toàn bộ hình ảnh ngay lập tức được truyền tải tới màn hình của bác sỹ chẩn đoán hình ảnh giúp bác sỹ đọc, trả kết quả nhanh chóng. Đồng thời khi hình ảnh được gửi lên hệ thống PACS; kết quả được xử lý kịp thời, đáp ứng yêu cầu của các khoa lâm sàng; hỗ trợ các bác sỹ đưa ra kết luận chính xác hơn trong quá trình khám, điều trị. Phần mềm PACS hỗ trợ đắc lực trong việc kết nối và lưu chuyển thông tin giữa các khoa, phòng, hỗ trợ việc tham khảo nhanh kết quả chiếu chụp hình ảnh, kết nối thanh toán viện phí, tra cứu hồ sơ bệnh nhân cũ.
